Why I stopped rushing and started looking
A short letter to anyone who feels a bit tired of the noise.
I have been thinking a lot about why I write this.
For a long time, I lived my life at high speed. I was always planning the next holiday or worrying about the next milestone in my career. I forgot to actually be there for the moments happening right in front of me.
Writing to you is my way of slowing down. It is my attempt to capture the small, quiet things - a walk in the village, a messy breakfast with the family, or just a few minutes of silence.
I want to build a small corner of the internet where we can talk about real life. Not the perfect version we see online, but the messy, beautiful reality.
If you have a friend who needs a bit of calm, please share this with them. I would love to have them along for the walk.
