Time to slow down
20 minutes of silence
We are always in a rush. We are always busy.
We feel we have to do something at any given time of the day. But do we have to? Or do we simply decide to?
I have just started an experiment.
A daily 20-minute walk after lunch.
I just walk and enjoy the silence.
No rush - no worries.
It has been a month and I already feel great.
I hope this lasts forever.
